Yoshi's Story

Yoshi came to PH as an owner surrender. He has been waiting for his forever family for quite some time. True to his terrier nature, he is vocal and even synchronizes with the occasional sirens passing by! We think Yoshi would do best in a home that can provide plenty of exercise, structure and routine.
