Yogi's Story

If you are looking for a dog that is as sweet as pie, then say hello to Yogi! Yogi is a three year old medium sized mixed breed. He's incredibly loving, and highly eager to please. Yogi has an adventurous spirit, and would be the perfect dog for somebody who loves new experiences. Yogi is a simple dog: at the end of the day, he just wants to spend time with the people that love him. Yogi enjoys exercise, and absolutely loves long walks in the woods. Yogi has been quite social towards the other dogs at the shelter, and has greatly enjoyed making as many friends as he possibly can. We are still working on Yogi with car training, and he would do best in a no-cat home. Yogi would thrive as a family dog, where he will have many people to love him and take him on all sorts of adventures. Yogi's adoption fee is $150.00. Come and meet Yogi today!

Mendocino Coast Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Through our Adoptions Program, we offer a variety of wonderful animals who are deserving of a loving, responsible home. Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, de-worming, flea treatment, as well as heartworm, feline leukemia and FIV testing. In addition to being open Monday through Saturday, we also extend our adoption programs reach with our Mobile Pet Adoptions van, which enables us to go into our community with adoptable animals in Mendocino as well as Fort Bragg. We also feature an adoptable animal weekly on Skunk Radio and in local newspapers. We want you! MCHS is always looking for volunteers.
