YOGI's Story

Yogi might not be a bear but he's sweet as honey. He's 1 year old and he's just a loving sweet and charming kind of a guy. He's currently 67 pounds and looking to meet the peoplewho can keep up with his wonderful energy. Here's what a volunteer said after she had taken him out for a long day hike... We took Yogi out for a nice long hike on Saturday. He jumped right in the car and settled right in. He occasionally gave us some kisses to let us know he was still back there! We encountered several dogs on the hike. One, off leash dog, came right up to Yogi and Yogi got a little excited but excited in a way that said, I want to play!. All other dogs passed right by with no issues. We also saw several humans and one bicyclist. Yogi demonstrated some curiosity but no aggression. He was easily distracted by treats or a stick! He occasionally pulled a bit on the leash but overall was pretty easy to walk. He did AWESOME and we would love to take him again but hopefully he will be adopted soon! Yogi's adoption fee has been paid for by a special person. He is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing fee may apply.
