Yoga 25C-343's Story

Yoga started off the visit to the Humane Society with 5 minutes of cautious exploration and then the transformation arrived. Eight-month-old Yoga turned the switch and the cinematic quality entertainment started like the old-fashioned movies with a news feature and a cartoon getting you ready for the grab-your-seat main feature. It began with a sneak up from behind standup on his hind legs and wrap his arms around you hug followed by a let’s just hold hands/paws interlude. Then the main feature where Yoga showed off his mastery of the Adho Mukha Svanasana Downward Dog full body stretch, nicely designed by a canine to help you lengthen your spine and relax the upper body. After his teaching performance, Yoga took a break by leaning against the human and while watching another bark park canine fail to successfully mimic the Downward Dog position, shared his exasperated expression of “what the heck is he trying to do?”

Yoga is a quiet, easy to walk on leash canine who closely followed the human as they explored the bark park theater. He showed off his caring, fun-loving personality as he carried his favorite squeaky all the way back to his kennel where they snuggled up for a good night’s sleep.
