Meet and Greets are by appointment only (after the adopter has an approved application*). *Approved Applications are not on a first come first serve basis. We are selecting adopters based on what homes will be the best match for each animal.

Almost Home Rescue is a foster-based rescue located in Sherman, Illinois. Our mission is to provide homeless pets a temporary home until their forever one comes along. Almost Home Rescue animals come as strays from shelters, while others are given to us by those making a tough decision to surrender.
