Yarrow is the best mix of super loving affectionate puppy and resilient rescue dog. All he wants is to shower you with affection and lean right into you. He is a great watchdog though definitely prefers to be mostly inside. He loves being part of a dog pack, and thrives following a top dog. He is young but very trainable. He responds to positive reinforcement and is learning commands one piece of kibble at a time.<br/><br/>He is young and still startled easily by loud noises and nervous to leave his comfy place. He is a gentle dog who has shown no aggression to any other dogs, though he does want to chase cats and chickens. He is good with adults and teens, but is often scared of men until they spend time with him. He warms up with soft words and treats and pets. He is learning to walk on leash and will likely make a faithful hiking or running buddy - he could be part greyhound.
