Howdy. My name is XO. When I came to Lizzy's, my name was Ax - Who does that to a black terrier with cropped ears? Lizzy's changed it to Axel --- ahhh, very smart. Then they changed it to XO - yep, hugs and kisses - that's me... I am a lover boy. I am 14 years old and weigh about 50lb. I am a terrier mix who is a very sweet and happy boy, even though some who don’t know me say that my black coat and clipped ears make me look intimidating. I love to be with people. I am a very quiet boy - I very seldom make a peep. I would be a great apartment pup. My favorite activity is doing zoomies around the backyard. My second favorite activity is to play with toys. I am house trained and crate trained. I have the bestest recall and sit. I would say I am just an all-around great dog. When you meet me, you will see just how sweet I am... I would say my best home is being an only dog or with a small dog or two. I am still looking for a fabulous foster or fantastic forever family. Foster to adopt may be a great option, also.
