Despite being found tied to a pole and brought to the Queens ACC, Xena never lost her gentle, loving spirit, it's no surprise she quickly became a shelter favorite.<br/><br/>Xena is shows everyone just how easy she is to love. She's a low maintenance, apartment friendly girl whose favorite things include napping, snuggling, and making new friends. Xena truly believes everyone she meets is her best friend and greets new people with happy wiggles and a big, welcoming heart.<br/><br/>She also has a wonderfully silly side. Belly rubs are her absolute favorite, and she'll happily flop onto her back any chance she gets, just in case someone's hands are free. Her goofy rolls and wiggles are guaranteed to make you smile!<br/><br/>Xena has seasonal allergies, which she manages like a champ with allergy shots in the spring and summer. She's crate trained (sleeps and eats in her crate), fully potty trained, and knows her basics like "sit," "paw," "go to bed," and "down." She's a mellow gal who spends most of her day lounging, relaxing, and following her people around for extra affection.<br/><br/>Xena adores kids and has been gentle and loving with every child she's met, making her a wonderful family dog.
