Xena's journey to finding love hasn't been easy. She was rescued from a local shelter earlier this year after sustaining a spinal injury while living on the streets. Thanks to the care and dedication of her foster family, she's made tremendous progress.

? Health Update: Xena has been spayed, vaccinated, and is up to date on her heartworm preventative. She's undergone several rounds of laser therapy for her back, and her determination shines through in her remarkable recovery.

Incontinence: Due to her spinal fracture in the lower back, Xena is incontinent. But don't worry, she handles it like a champ with the help of diapers.

Best Fit: Xena would thrive in a home with older children who can be mindful of her special needs and condition. She gets along well with other dogs and even enjoys playing with kittens!

Secure Yard: Xena will need a secure yard as she has a bit of an adventurous spirit and might attempt neighborhood strolls if left unattended.

Lovebug Alert: Xena's favorite pastime is snuggling up on your lap and soaking in all the love you can give.
