In early 2025, The Operation Save a Shelter Dog was contacted about three dogs that were tethered on chains and abandoned by their owners who moved away. The rescue took swift action to help the dogs only to realize, one of them, Arabella, was pregnant. Soon after, Arabella gave birth to a mix of 11 (7 girls and 4 boys) healthy and happy puppies. <br/><br/>Born on February 27, 2025, Xavier Colin is a Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is estimated to weigh between 25-40 pounds when full grown. He is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. <br/><br/>He is being fostered in Hampton, VA and can be transported to nearby locations for the right home.
