Hi all you beagle lovers! My name is Wyatt. I am a sweet 1 1/2 - 2 year old male Beagle. I weigh about 36 lbs. and I am full grown. I'm a fun loving young beagle boy looking for a family that would welcome an adventurous boy. I'd be a good buddy to take on car rides, hikes, to the beach, etc. I love to be active and explore. I am dog friendly and good with kids (no cats at my fosters so don't know about them.) I have house manners, especially sleeping quietly all night long. While on walks I enjoy all the new smells and meeting new people along the way. I can be an escape artist so a secure fully fenced yard (any low points under a fence will need to be secured) is a must when I'm outside. I have attended training classes so I am smart. I have learned some basic commands like sit, down, off and stay. I am learning to walk on a leash, but sometimes my need to stop and smell just gets in the way. I love to play ball, but most of all I enjoy spending time outdoors with my human. My perfect family will be moderately active and understands and enjoys a beagle's personality. I'll keep you entertained and make you laugh at my antics and then will happily snuggle with you.
