She was adopted as a puppy and has lived with another dog. Earlier in life she needed 2 acl surgeries (right and left leg), then more recently developed optic neuritis, which has caused her about 80% blindness (estimate).

Wren had been living in a home that had a baby in the last year or so and is now moving about and with Wren's blindness vulnerability (she gets spooked easier) her owners decided it would be best to rehome her.

Wren is precious, gracious and meek and comical at times. She also has a rugged quality about her, has a true Hound-y bark (at times) and LOVES to go to the dog park! Wren has proven to be very adaptive and really makes her way around the house and in and out just fine. Sometimes she'll stand in your way but will listen to commands and cues.

Wren does seek a bit of reassurance from you, but will also go plop herself on a dog bed in the other room.

Wren will touch your hear guaranteed. There is something so graceful in the way she handles her vision loss.
