Worm's Story

Worm is a 6ish month old spayed large-breed mutt from Yakima. Worm has been doing really well in foster and has made lots of progress on crate training, potty training, and leash walking. She’s still working on being more calm when seeing other dogs (as she gets VERY excited to see a dog and upset when she feels as though she’s missing out on any fun). She is learning the commands “sit”, “leave it”, “no”, “heal”, and “stay”.

Worm loves people and is good with kids – though keep in mind she is a big goofy puppy so little ones might get knocked over when she gets overly excited. She does good in the car and is motivated by both food and affection. She LOVES to play, especially with a buddy (either the human kind or dog kind). She will run around playing frisbee and fetch and squeaking toys until her gangly legs can’t keep up with her.

Worm also thoroughly enjoys a nice long nap in the sun and/or your lap and does these comically adorable big stretches. It’s a delight to see her jump around in the grass and pounce and play with sticks. It’s a total mystery why this big little worm is still available – she’s genuinely such a good dog.

Fill out an adoption application at https://forms.gle/ZvvQobuhgmkU5AJEA if you'd like to meet Worm!

=================================================

***WE DO NOT RESPOND TO PETFINDER INQUIRIES OR PHONE CALLS, ONLY EMAILS.***

If you have any additional questions, or would like to adopt a pup, send us an email at adoptions@rhas.love and we will send you an adopter survey.
