This is Woo. He is a long haired Chihuahua, 5 years old and 10lbs. He is skittish to start and will need patience. In his foster home he loves been on anyone's lap. We are recommending him go to a home with another dog as he is use to others of course being from a hoarding case. He has done great on a leash for his foster mum but we recommend a fenced in yard.
