Wolverine's Story
*Woof* Meet me at 71 Oglethorpe St NW!

First thing I did was check what a Wolverine is. Luckily, the shelter has excellent resources, so I learned that a wolverine is the largest land-dwelling member of the family Mustelidae and is actually a weasel. I am happy with my name, because I have quickly weaseled my way into the hearts of many friends here. I am a handsome young man with the sweetest face and a wonderful walking companion. I know "sit" and am ready to acquire additional skills because here I get yummy treats whenever we study basic doggie manners. At four years old, I am over the puppy and teenager shenanigans and a mature, but fun little dog -- and clearly curious as well. Let's make a life together!

And btw, the volunteers think I'm great too - here's what they say about me: 'Wolverine is easy to walk, gentle and curious about his world. He approached strangers on the streets and did not seem shy at all." "He's a short stack and oh so sweet! Smaller in size than his big name, but big personality!"
