Wolfie's Story
Meet Wolfie!

Wolfie is a 2-year-old, 47 pound Shar Pei mix who is fully vetted, and is housetrained and crate trained, but also does just fine being left out of his crate in a familiar, safe space.

This special boy is both visually and hearing impaired, which means he experiences the world a little differently-but he doesn't let that stop him from living life with joy and love.

When Wolfie first meets new people, he can be very shy and reserved. Give him a little time and patience, though, and you'll quickly see his true personality shine through. Once he feels safe and comfortable, Wolfie is an absolute lovebug who thrives on affection and connection.

Wolfie adores other dogs and truly depends on them for confidence and guidance. Because of this, he must be adopted into a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help him navigate his surroundings and feel secure. He loves to run around outside, play with his canine friends, walks nicely on a lessh and enjoys toys and treats-he is very food motivated, which makes bonding and training especially rewarding. Wolfis is indifferent to cats.

Wolfie would do best in a patient, understanding home that can offer routine, love, and a dog companion to help him continue to blossom.
If you're looking for a truly special soul and already have a dog who could be Wolfie's guide and best friend, Wolfie just might be the perfect addition to your family.

Apply Here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FCOH/Dog

*If you are viewing this profile on Petfinder, please note integration issues between our shelter program and Petfinder often occur and limit what you can see.
