Winter's Story

Winter is around 2 years old and 52lb of athletic, intelligent, adventure-loving personality. She's the kind of dog who forms a deep bond with her people and truly wants to experience life alongside them.

Winter is incredibly smart and emotionally in tune with the people around her. She's playful, expressive, and loves having a job to do whether that's hiking, exploring, training, daycare playtime, or simply being your sidekick through the day. She has the perfect mix of fun energy and independence too. After an adventure, she's happy to relax and enjoy her own space nearby.

She does well with other dogs in structured settings and regularly attends daycare. Winter would thrive in an active home that enjoys getting out and doing things together, not just quick walks around the block. She's still young and has that fun puppy energy, so continued structure, consistency, and mental stimulation will help her continue to flourish.

Winter is looking for a home experienced with high-drive dogs that understands the importance of routine, leadership, and building trust at her pace. She's the type of dog who shines brightest when she has clear guidance, an engaged handler, and opportunities to use both her brain and energy in positive ways.

If the foster period is successful, the adoption can be formalized with an adoption contract.
