Winter

Coming in hot at 27 whole lbs, Winter is the perfect pint-sized terrier-mix package. Nearly wider than she is tall, Winter has a promising future as a weighted lap pad. Once she warms up (and it's a speedy process), she loves to wiggle-waggle her way into your lap, snorting and sneezing her approval at all the attention she's about to receive. She's super responsive to physical affection, enjoys treats, and loves to perch on the couch to keep an eye on things.<br/><br/>Winter is doing great in our doggy playgroups, currently sharing a large group with small-medium dogs of all ages. We have not had the opportunity to introduce her to any human kiddos yet, but she is so friendly that we doubt it will be an issue. <br/><br/>Winter was brought here as a stray with another dog, Frost, who was rapidly adopted. Winter would love to finish out this winter in a home instead of a cold kennel. If you're the family for her, we want to hear about it!
