Meet Winona!<br/><br/>Winona is an approximately 6-year-old Shepherd mix with a sweet personality and plenty of love to give! This friendly girl has already mastered some of the finer things in life, including leisurely leash walks, smooth car rides, and snuggling up with a nice stuffed toy. Honestly, she sounds like a pretty great travel companion!<br/><br/>Winona appears to be mostly house-trained based on her cleanliness in her kennel here at the shelter. She walks very well on a leash, and rides beautifully in the car! She's done okay with other dogs here at the shelter, but any home with resident dogs will need a more in-depth meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is a good fit.<br/><br/>This clever girl can be a bit of an escape artist, so she'll need a home with a nice, secure yard to help keep her safe while she explores her new world.<br/>Winona has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and she's ready to trade shelter life for a cozy couch, a collection of stuffed toys, and a family to call her own.
