Meet Winnie! This gorgeous girl is 3 1/2 years old and looking for a forever home. A Maltese mix, she is a true comfort dog, loving the quiet, calm life. Winnie likes to be held like a baby and thrives on stability and tranquility. Winnie does love other dogs and older children (the young ones scare her) and would love a home where someone is around a lot to cuddle and give her tummy rubs. Young retirees would be her ideal. She is housebroken and well trained, but will have an accident if she is scared or startled. About 15 pounds. <br/><br/>Winnie is in our "direct from owner program" meaning that she will remain with her current owner until the right adopter is found. Chesed Rescue will process all applications and will run background and vet checks on all applicants. There are no adoption fees (but a donation to Chesed Rescue is always appreciated).<br/><br/>We have records of Winnie's vaccines but adopter will be required to have her spayed.
