Detroit Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
We are excited you’re interested in adopting a dog from Detroit Dog Rescue. The following information is required so that we can assist you in the selection of the newest four legged family member. To apply, follow the link below for our adoption application. After applying, a Detroit Dog Rescue representative will help you determine the best possible fit for you and our rescue dogs. Adoption fees are $200 for senior dogs, $250 for medium/large adult dogs, $300 for puppies and $375 for small dogs. These fees help us cover the spay/neuter of your new pet, age appropriate vaccinations, temperament testing and temporary boarding of the animal. A home check is required. A binding contract will be required to adopt the animal.
