While we may never be able to change her past, we are determined to give her the safe, loving future she deserves.<br/><br/>Winnie loves other dogs and cats, but she can be nervous around new people. Because of her past and her unique needs as a deaf dog, she is looking for an experienced dog owner who understands the importance of patience, trust, and positive reinforcement.<br/><br/>Winnie has been through enough.
