Special for Valentine's Day, the Friends of the Taunton Animal Care Facility will cover Wilson's adoption fee from 2/7 to 2/21. Come and visit Wilson during shelter hours and warm your heart!<br/><br/>Wilson is a young 1 year old dog with lot to give. We seem to think that Wilson can’t see very well and he will soon be going to the vet to have his eyes looked at .. he’s a love ball though it all.

Taunton Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

**PLEASE CALL AHEAD FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET PETS AT THE SHELTER. 508-822-1463** Adopt a "best friend" for life! Please remember that dogs and cats of all ages need and deserve happiness, love, and a home. In return, they will love you unconditionally for all of your years together. We adopt to New England Residents only and require current/past veterinarian references. An application is REQUIRED to adopt an animal. Vet references will be checked, as well as references for those who rent. Adoption of an animal will be based on APPROVED applications only. We do not accept debit/credit cards. Payment must be check or money order with proper ID or cash. If submitting an application for a dog, please email it to rdanielczyk@taunton-ma.gov or gasman6637@icloud.com Dogs are $200.00 and cats are $165.00 (kittens up to 6 months are $185.00). This price includes the spay/neuter, rabies shot, and other required vaccinations.
