Wilma's Story

Meet Wilma, a sweet, timid beagle mix who is learning to trust after humans broke her trust. Wilma is 25lbs and estimated to be 2.5 years old! Wilma, along with Fred, Barney and Betty all came from a sad situation of over breeding and dog hoarding. 14 dogs, none of them cared for in the way they should have been. It appears Wilma has had several litters of puppies. She is now spayed and fully vaccinated and ready to start her journey of learning to trust again. Wilma will stand there like a deer in headlights and let you pet her, but any sudden movement she is flinching. She LOVES playing outside with the rest of the crew.
Wilma will need help with potty training as she spent most of her life as an outdoor dog. She goes potty when she goes outside, so she understands the concept but needs consistency!
Please contact us at 812-358-2141 option 4 for animal control
