Wilma's Story

Wilma has been sponsored by Cheri. Her adoption fees have been paid so she can find her forever home faster!!
Wilma is quite timid at first, but she warms up quickly if you're soft-spoken and patient. Once she feels comfortable, she becomes a total love bug. She adores cuddles and would thrive with someone willing to help her build confidence. A secure fenced yard is a must, as she may try to run until she fully trusts you.
These pups are all siblings who have been raised outdoors and are now 7 months old. Each has recently been spayed or neutered. Because they have had limited exposure to people and little socialization, they may appear timid at first, but each has a unique personality and a loving heart. They are eager to learn and discover the world around them. We are seeking a quiet, patient family with a securely fenced yard-this is a must, as these pups may be prone to trying to escape until they build trust in their new environment. At our rescue, we are gently introducing them to leashes and the experience of walking, taking small steps to ensure every interaction is positive and encouraging. If you have patience and an open heart, one of these sweet pups could truly capture your soul with just a look. Despite their past challenges, they are incredibly gentle, and with time and love, any one of them could become the best companion you've ever had. In their new homes, these pups will need continued gentle socialization and positive reinforcement training. They will thrive in an environment where they can progress at their own pace, learning to trust and bond with their new family. With the right support, they will blossom into loyal, affectionate, and playful companions. Please consider opening your home and heart to one of these deserving pups. With patience and love, you'll be rewarded with a lifelong friend who will always be grateful for their second chance.
If you are interested in meeting any of the Flintstone pups, please complete our online application. All applications must be approved before you can come in to meet the dogs.
