Willy's Story

Hi, I’m Willy! I’m a 4-month-old Lab mix with a playful spirit and a whole lifetime of love to give. My brother, Josh, and I were saved from euthanasia in Roswell, New Mexico, and we’ll be arriving October 17th to start our next chapter. Our siblings have already found their families, and now we’re hoping it’s our turn!

I’m a typical spunky puppy who loves to play, explore, and make new friends. I’m good with dogs, cats, and children, and I’m ready to learn all the things that will help me grow into a wonderful companion. I’m expected to be medium to large when fully grown, so there will be plenty of me to love!

Labs are known for their friendly personalities, love of adventure, and enthusiasm for being part of the family. With patient training, daily exercise, and plenty of attention, Lab mixes like me can make wonderful family dogs. I’d love a home where I can join in on walks, backyard games, and everyday family fun, then settle in for some time together.

I’m still a baby, so I’ll need help with potty training, puppy manners, and learning what I can chew. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy teaching me, celebrate my progress, and love me through the silly puppy stage as much as the grown-up years.

After such an uncertain beginning, I’m ready for a safe home and a family of my own. If you’re looking for a playful little buddy to grow alongside your family, I’d love to meet you!
