Willow 's Story

Willow’s time at a New Jersey shelter was running out before being rescued just hours before Christmas. She is now a BDRP girl, thanks to a foster offer, where she is living with 3 other dogs in the home and doing great! <br/><br/>Willow is a gorgeous, social girl who loves her fellow dogs & humans, too. She loves a game of tag in the yard and gets an impressive A- on the leash for walks. Willow is very tall and loves to give hugs - we are working on this, but kids 10 + are recommended. She is about 1 year old, weighs 70 lbs., is potty & crate trained, fully vetted, and ready for a fresh start for the new year! Willow is being fostered in New Jersey and is available for meet and greets if you have been through the application process. Most dogs are fostered in Texas until matches are made. Transport is scheduled and paid for by Big Dog Rescue Project to Washington, Oregon, and New Jersey. Let us help you find your next Big Dog! There are always new dogs coming to our attention, so please feel free to contact us if you do not see your perfect match here today. Because we do not have a kennel facility all dogs are either fostered, or spend time in a doggie daycare facility in Plano TX interacting with our volunteers before making their way to Washington State.
