Willow's Story

Contact Foster mom Deana for more info (annatsosie55@yahoo.com, (928) 660-8501), and/or fill out the online adoption application, https://www.blackhathumanesociety.org/apply-now/.

Willow was found abandoned on the mountain on the Navajo Nation. She is about 2 years old. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. She is medium size with short legs. About 25-30 lbs.
Willow does not like most dogs, it is preferred for her to be the only dog in the house or possible a male friendly dog. It takes her awhile to warm up to other dogs. She does not like cats, smaller dogs or other females. Willow loves to be outside on a hike or open space for zoomies. She does great on a leash. But she also loves a very comfortable bed and will also lounge all day if you let her. She does great in a vehicle while traveling. She is not house trained but then again give her a comfy bed, she wont move. She loves belly rubs and scratches, she is very loving. She just needs the right person who is patient with her and understands her.
