Willow's Story

Meet Willow, a beautiful black Labrador Retriever mix puppy with a soft soul and a sparkle of curiosity in her eyes. At around 3–4 months old, Willow is at that perfect puppy age where everything is new, exciting, and full of promise.

Willow and her siblings were rescued from a heartbreaking situation after being abandoned in terrible condition. Thanks to our Lab Rescue Project, these puppies were given a second chance at life—and Willow has truly blossomed. She is currently thriving in a foster home, where she’s showing everyone just how special she is.

Willow has a sweet, gentle personality paired with a playful, curious nature. She loves to explore, engage, and learn, but she also has a calm, affectionate side that makes her a joy to be around. She does wonderfully with her resident foster dogs and cats, making her a fantastic fit for a home with existing pets. She’s the kind of puppy who adapts beautifully, watching, learning, and fitting right in.

All of Willow’s vetting has already been fully covered, including her vaccinations, preventatives, microchip, and veterinary care. Her spay is already scheduled at the upcoming Dragonfly Mobile Vet Clinic at Canyon Lake Animal Shelter, where she’ll also receive her final first-year DAPP and another dose of Simparica Trio. There is no adoption fee—because our only priority is finding Willow a safe, committed, and loving lifelong home.

Willow has already survived abandonment and hardship, yet she still greets the world with trust and joy. She’s ready to give her whole heart to a family who will never let her down.

If you are serious about adopting and can provide the loving home Willow deserves, please contact Mary immediately at cats.bahs@gmail.com.
