Willow's Story

Hi there, I’m Willow! I’m a 7-year-old, 49-pound Lab mix who was pulled from a high-kill shelter in Texas. Now that I’m safe in foster care, I’m showing everyone what a truly lovely, well-rounded girl I am.

I’m sweet, happy, and easy to have around. I know my basic commands, I’m fully housebroken, and I take pride in being a good girl in the home. I have a comfortable, medium energy level — I enjoy my walks and attention, but I’m just as happy relaxing nearby with my toys or settling in for some quiet time with my people.

I get along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and kids, making me a great fit for many types of families. I walk nicely on leash with a little guidance and genuinely want to please the people I’m with. My foster mom says I’m one of the happiest dogs she’s had — always gentle, affectionate, and grateful.

I come fully vetted — spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on preventatives. I’m being fostered in Temperance, Michigan, and my adoption fee is $250.

If you’re looking for a loving, steady companion who fits easily into family life, I just might be your girl.

Please apply to adopt me here:
https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/6916137616f38972b6088979

———

If interested, please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder.
