Willie is 25lbs, 2 years old, and suspected Corgi/Heeler/Aussie mix! He is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, Heartworm negative, and ready for adoption!<br/><br/>Willie is the goofiest, sweetest heeler-mix you’ll ever meet! He’s never met a stranger and loves greeting anyone who’s willing to give him pets (and maybe a treat or two)! Once he bonds with you, he’ll happily stick by your side, but if he has something to focus on (like a bone or a treat-hiding puzzle), he’s perfectly content doing his own thing.<br/><br/>Willie gets along well with most other dogs and is always up for playtime. When he’s not zooming around, you’ll find him curled up beside you or entertaining himself with his toys (he’s learning to enjoy his independence)! Of course, if it were up to him, he’d spend all day playing, soaking up attention, and eating unlimited treats.<br/><br/>Because of his natural herding instincts, Willie would do best in a home with no young children. He’s still learning some of his basic commands, so he’ll need someone patient and consistent as he continues to grow.<br/><br/>Willie walks nicely on a leash and is practicing commands like sit, stay, and down. He loves nestling up on the couch or bed if he’s allowed.
