William's Story

Hey, I’m William — a 6-year-old firecracker with a whole lot of charm, a big opinion, and an even bigger heart.

I came to The Pittie Project PNW from our amazing partners at Slaughterhouse Survivors in China, and I’ve come a long way. My back legs don’t work, but I haven’t let that slow me down. I’m getting a custom wheelchair from Bionic Pets, and once it arrives? The world better watch out — because I’ll be ready to roll.

I handle potty time like a pro — no assistance needed — as long as I’m on a consistent schedule. I wear a diaper indoors to keep things clean and easy, and I’m totally fine with that. Just part of my routine.

I usually get along well with other dogs, especially chill, respectful ones. But when it comes to humans? I have a very clear preference: I love women. Big, loud men — especially those with beards — aren’t really my thing. I do best in a female-led home where I can feel safe and understood. Trust me, I’ll repay you in loyalty, laughs, and so much heart.

I’ve got a big personality, I know what I like, and I’ve waited long enough to find my person. I’m not fragile. I’m fierce. And my next chapter is going to be amazing.

? Apply to adopt me at www.thepittieprojectpnw.org/apply
