Willa

Willa is a senior Lab mix with kind eyes and a gentle soul. Willa’s world changed when her owner lost their home. For a time, Willa and the other family dogs lived with their owner in a car, doing their best to stay together, but it soon became too much and Willa was surrendered to one of our partner shelters. Willa was often fed whatever scraps were available and had little to no veterinary care. Despite it all, she remained gentle, trusting, and full of love.<br/><br/>Today, Willa is safe and receiving the care she deserves. She is heartworm positive, but she is currently undergoing treatment and responding well. She is a resilient senior lady who loves a long walk, followed by some treats and a nice belly rub.<br/><br/>Willa would be a great addition to any home. She gets along well with other dogs, is respectful of cats, and seems to love kids.
