Wilbur

Meet Wilbur! He is an approximately 3 year old, 30 lb, beagle/hound mix. He is a super mellow guy, definitely on the shy side, who can usually be found laying in a heap of blankets or taking in the scenes of the house from a comfy corner. Wilbur was a stray living on his own for an unknown amount of time, so is still learning to become comfortable with home life. He is fully house trained, sleeps in his crate at night, and does best around other dogs. Two requirements for Wilbur's forever home are a fenced in backyard and another dog in the house. He is still very skittish and flighty on a leash (likely from being caught with a catch pole when he was trapped as a stray) so definitely needs someone willing to work with him through leash skills (this is why the backyard is a requirement :) ) He is truly a sweet boy who deserves the world, the next step is just finding a family of his own to help get him there.
