Wilbur is curious, gentle, and loves observing the world before jumping in - though once he's comfortable, he's all tail wags and puppy play. <br/><br/>Rescued as a stray and believed to be part of a dumped litter, Wilbur hasn't let his rough start dim his affectionate spirit.
