Whisper's Story
Meet Whisper!<br/><br/>Whisper came to us as a transfer from ACCT Philadelphia after being seen tied up to a bench. Passersby called for help the day after she got out of her collar and was laying down, unable to get up, in the playground she had been tied up in.<br/><br/>Whisper was severely dehydrated, and started to bounce back after fluid treatment. Due to lack of space and demand of dogs in need at the other shelter, this sweet dog was at risk of euthanasia.<br/><br/>Whisper is a mastiff mix who received all the care she needed, and is working on putting on muscle and healthy weight, but is ready for her forever home! <br/><br/>All dogs require an adjustment period after adoption to decompress and acclimate to their new home, routine, housemates, and environment.
