Gentle, Playful and LOVES people<br/><br/>Whisper comes from Antigua where she was found hungry and pregnant, she was taken into a local rescue where she was cared for and her puppies were adopted. She’s now ready for a home of her own and to shower her people in love and affection. <br/><br/>ABOUT WHISPER: <br/><br/>- Shepherd mix, Female, 3 years-old<br/>- Medium-Large sized (61 lb) and Medium-energy<br/>- Whisper is good on a leash; she’s curious but non-reactive to dogs she sees on a walk<br/>- Whisper loves affection and will lean in for a pet or ear scratch at every opportunity<br/>- Whisper is spayed, house-trained, microchipped and has her core vaccinations<br/><br/>WHISPER’S IDEAL HOME:<br/><br/>- Whisper prefers to speak in soft tail wags rather than with her voice so she may be good in a shared wall situation <br/>- She enjoys time outdoor and would prefer a household that will give her time outdoors<br/>- Given her love of people, she is still learning not to ‘hug’ (a.k.a. jump up) in excitement when greeting you so she would do better with older children <br/>- Gets along with most dogs (if her potential adopter already has a dog, we will arrange for a meet & greet)<br/><br/>It is said that “A whisper travels straight to the heart like a gentle breeze” and we think that the same can be said about Whisper - her beauty and personality will steal your heart.<br/><br/>If you have any questions about Whisper, contact her Adoption Coordinator at: lauren.etobicokehumanesociety@gmail.com
