We’ve got some little cuties that will be at our Adoption Event on Saturday 3/14/26. Our Whiskey litter is said to be a mix of Shepherd, Lab and Boxer. But something little got into that mix because at 10 weeks old they only weigh 7-9 pounds and are tracking to be 20- 25 pounds when grown- now we can never know for sure how big pups will get, but we do know that their momma is about 30-35 pounds. H.A.N.D.D.S. to the Rescue is a 501(c) non-profit DOG RESCUE 🐾🐾PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO BELOW FOR DETAILS ABOUT OUR ADOPTION EVENT🐾🐾 Our adoption event will be Saturday 3/14/26 from 11am - 1 pm at the Traverse City Tractor Supply (Chums Corners) Applications will be handed out at the start of adoptions- We use a first come/ first approved system - - we do not have online applications. We do not hold puppies/dogs. ---The adoption fee is $250 for puppies $225/adults (CASH OR CHECK ONLY) Puppies/ Dogs have been spayed/neutered, microchipped and have had age appropriate vaccinations and worming. +++Sorry there are NO EARLY MEETS - you must come to the adoption event *** Renters MUST have proof of landlord approval in order to be eligible to adopt, including any restrictions for size, breed or # of pets. If you do not bring proof, your landlord must be reachable by phone during adoption hours. ** not all puppies/ dogs may be at adoptions due to illness or other circumstances, there may be other puppies at adoptions not previously posted. ***Any puppies not adopted out at the event will be re-posted with info on how to adopt. 😉as always-- girl's names are in pink, boy's in blue

HANDDS to the Rescue's Adoption Policy

Dogs can be seen by appointment unless they are scheduled to be at an adoption event. ---The adoption fee for dogs 7 months and older is $200 Puppies 6 months and younger are $225(cash or check) Senior/hospice dogs are discounted on a per dog basis. All dogs are spayed/neutered and are current on their vaccinations and wormings. Adult dogs go out on a one week trial before finalizing their adoption.
