Whiskey

Whiskey is a 6-month-old pup with a big heart and an even bigger capacity to love. He came to us as an owner surrender after not receiving the care every puppy deserves. When Whiskey arrived, he had never been to a vet and had been largely neglected, but despite his rough start, his sweet and gentle personality shines through in everything he does.<br/><br/>This handsome boy is currently being fostered with our trainer at Impawssible Pups, where he’s getting a strong foundation of structure, guidance, and training to help him grow into the best companion possible.<br/><br/>Whiskey can be a little shy and nervous when first meeting new people, but once he warms up he becomes an affectionate, cuddly shadow who just wants to be close to his humans. He absolutely loves to play, especially games of fetch and tug, and toys of any kind quickly become his favorite thing.<br/><br/>He’s also very food motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding for him. Whiskey is already crate trained and doing great with it, he never has accidents in his crate. He’s about 80% potty trained and continues to improve with routine and supervision as he learns the habits he never had the chance to develop before.<br/><br/>Like many puppies, Whiskey still has a few things he’s working on (nail trims aren’t exactly his favorite activity), but with continued training, patience, and love, he’s going to grow into an incredible lifelong companion.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate puppy who will grow into a loyal best friend, Whiskey might be the perfect match for your family.<br/><br/>Whiskey is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and kept on monthly preventatives.
