I mean, not to brag, but I once almost escaped from my kennel by removing the door to my outdoor run. Nobody’s ever done that before — so clearly, I’m kind of a genius. (What can I say? Some dogs fetch… I problem-solve.)<br/><br/>Now, I’ll admit — I get anxious when I’m confined. I’m not a fan of being cooped up, and I much prefer spending time with people I trust. Once I’m out and walking, though, I’m a total sweetheart. I walk nicely on leash, love checking in with my person for reassurance, and I might even toss in a few of my signature “air chomps” when I get excited. It’s just me expressing pure joy and enthusiasm — my way of saying, “This is the best walk ever!”<br/><br/>When it comes to other dogs, I’m what you’d call selective. I’ve met a few that I like, but I’d probably be happiest as your one and only dog. Kids? I like them, but I do get bouncy when I’m happy, so older ones who understand boundaries are best. As for cats — the jury’s still out!<br/><br/>I’m looking for a home with someone who understands that smart, anxious dogs like me need structure, enrichment, and positive reinforcement to thrive.
