Weezy’s story started with heartbreak, but it quickly turned into one of hope. As a tiny puppy, she was tied to the front post of a house with no shelter, food, or water. Weeks went by and she was still there. On a bitter 19° morning, she was found curled up in the only patch of sunlight she could reach, shivering beside a small wire cage that offered no protection from the cold<br/><br/>That morning, we contacted her owners, and they agreed to surrender her. From that moment on, Weezy was safe.<br/><br/>Now approximately one year old and 21 pounds , Weezy is healthy and thriving. She is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies), and heartworm negative.<br/><br/>Most importantly, she is incredibly sweet. Weezy has a gentle, loving personality and gets along wonderfully with people, other dogs, and even cats.
