He can be unsure around new people at first, so he’ll need someone patient who can give him the time and space to build trust. Because of this, a home with older kids or no kids at all would be the best fit.<br/><br/>Waylon does well keeping his kennel tidy and is working on his leash manners. He’s still learning not to jump up on people when he’s excited, so continued training will help him become the best version of himself. He’s currently on medication at the shelter to help ease his nerves, especially during stressful situations—like visits to the vet, where he needs to be sedated.<br/><br/>Waylon is not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must.
