Walter's Story
Walter is a shy little guy, about 12 pounds and 5 1/2 months old as of mid March. Walter gets along with smaller dogs but needs slow introductions to large dogs and isn't fond of highly active larger dogs.. Walter and his brother Wiley were part of an unwanted litter and by the time we were alerted to them, 4 of the 6 puppies had been given away. The boys are adjusting nicely in their foster homes. They're incredibly sweet and playful. Walter can be fearful and needs time to adjust to a new environment. An experienced dog parent is needed to help Walter settle in to a new home.

They've had their rabies vaccine, will be getting their last DAPP vaccine in the series of 3 on February 16th and are microchipped. They'll be scheduled for neuter under the rescue when age appropriate.

A home with a fenced yard is preferred. .

Interested in adopting me?
