Meet wonderful Walter! This sweet boy is a 6-year-old hound mix. He is fully grown at a petite 47 pounds. Walter is looking for a home where he will receive the love he craves. Walter has a medium energy level. He loves to play outside and putting his nose to work like any hound. He is also happy to curl up on the couch for some cuddles on a rainy day. He is the best of both worlds as playmate and snuggle buddy. Walter gets along well with children and other dogs. He has interacted with many different dogs of various sizes and personalities and done well with all of them. Walter has not met cats yet. He is a quick learner and with hard work he has learned his house training and crate training. He is still learning to master his leash walking skills. It is important to remember that although Walter is housetrained, accidents can occur while adjusting to a new home environment.
