Wally is sweet, smart border collie mix approximately 1 yr old. He loves to learn and is always the first to try something new. Whether it’s mastering a new puppy trick, exploring a new place, or figuring out what’s going on around him, Wally approaches life with curiosity and confidence. He’s playful and enjoys romping around with the other dogs in his foster home, but he also has an independent streak and would be perfectly happy being the only dog in the household.<br/>True to his breed, Wally will thrive in a home that understands and appreciates an intelligent, active pup. Because of this, he may not be a great fit for families with small or very young children. However, homes with older (8+), dog-savvy kids would be just fine. Wally is great with other dogs and good with dog savvy cats. He is crate-trained, and housebroken (he even knows how to use a doggy door!).
