Walnut's Story
Walnut’s mama was left behind when her family moved. Left in the yard of her “home.” She stayed in the yard according to the neighbors waiting for them to return. But they didn’t . She wasn’t spayed and got pregnant . Still she waited with her babies in a drain pipe. We rescued them before the rains came . They would have drowned. We named her Lady Squirrel and all her puppies are named after nuts.
They are ready for forever homes! Walnut is the only male out of 8 puppies.

More info coming soon…..

ALL OF OUR DOGS ARE or will be SPAYED OR NEUTERED.

The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.

Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $65.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)

To apply to adopt one of our dogs fill out our adoption application at this link:
https://form.jotform.com/ChasingSunshine/Chasing-Sunshine-Adoption-App

For questions email: chasingsunshinedogrescue@gmail.com
Check out our website at www.chasingsunshinedogrescue.org
We are also on Facebook, TikTok & Instagram.
