Wally's Story

HI - I'M WALLY! I'm a 1-1/2-year-old lab mix in need of a foster or forever home. I had a bit of a rough start: I was rescued from a desert property where I and my littermates were starving and neglected. But we were rescued, and I've now recovered and am doing great! I am a love with people and other dogs and very playful. I also have a calm energy, and would do well in most homes. I weigh 50-55 lbs and am fully vetted, and ready to start my life with a person or people who love me. Please email for an application.

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc.'s Adoption Policy

Once adopters inquire about an animal, we send them our application. From there, we interview them via phone, and when possible set up a meet and greet if we feel they are good candidates to adopt. We also have fosters in the three states mentioned and they help as well with meet and greets, photos and of course care of the animals.

Our Mission

Freedom Ride Rescue Inc. saves animals from shelters in Southern California, and helps place them in loving homes on the West Coast, primarily in California, Oregon and Washington. Our goal is to help animals who have had a rough start in life go on to live happy and healthy lives.
