Wally's Story

Wally is a 9 month old pup who came to us from Save a Sato in Puerto Rico, and he's been blossoming into a confident, loving companion since arriving in his foster home.

Wally is a timid but gentle sweetheart who's learning every day just how good life can be. Though shy at first, he warms up beautifully and would make a perfect pet for a calm, patient individual or family, especially one that already has a dog for him to befriend. He absolutely adores the company of other dogs and gains confidence from having a buddy by his side.

Despite being young, Wally has a wonderful, balanced energy. He loves quiet cuddle time, naps, and curling up next to his person while they work. His favorite things include belly rubs, chin scratches, hugs, kisses, and simply knowing where his human is. He's not needy, just loves to be close. And no worries about late-night bed-hogging, Wally is happy sleeping on a cozy blanket or dog bed nearby.

When he's ready to play, Wally enjoys zooming around the yard, tossing toys to himself, or joining in with other dogs. He's also up for hikes and neighborhood walks.

Wally is looking for a home where he'll feel safe, loved, and never rushed, a place where his quiet charm and loyal heart can truly shine. Could you be the one to give this amazing pup the forever home he deserves?

Wally is currently fostered in Marshfield, MA.
