Walker's Story

Walker is a 3 month old black and tan male Doberman with a docked tail and natural ears. Walker is currently being fostered in Amarillo Texas and has had some sort of injury to his front leg. The splint is only a precaution as he is so young and still growing. It is likely that his leg will be fine and normal.
Otherwise, Walker is a smart, sweet (of course...he's a puppy) loving little guy. He was housebroken within 2 days, but then the weather changed and he did NOT want to go outside, so there was a little setback. We will hold off on neutering Walker until he is a little older, but will take applications and make plans for him for his forever home. Please fill out an on-line application if interested in Walker at www.dobermanrescuenm.org and e-mail Don at dondoberman@gmail.com for more information. Home visit and 300$ adoption fee and contract apply.
