Charley's K-9 Rescue's Adoption Policy
Once we receive an application it is forwarded to our applications manager for screening. She interviews the applicant about their home, work-life, personal life, expected dog life, and previous pet history. We then check references; personal, professional, and vet.
We host a meet and greet with the adopters and their furry friends(if applicable) after a virtual home visit. After the consultation, the adoption contract is then sent to the family to sign.
